aspie101: You are right. since doing nothing at all to get your food done leads to overweight and boredom :) Just have a look at the mcDonalds generation. They have no clue about how to fix a boiled egg but they can for a dozen of people - as long as a machine is making the food for them.
I use to cook all by myself. I know how a restaurant works and what they put into your food. If you want to control what youre eating, cook for yourself.
