What ever happened to congregational hymns? You have to search high and low to find a church that does this.
You can have your puny choruses, your praise band, etc., etc. There are still a handfull of us who don't see an encounter with the Almighty as an opportunity for entertainment. Give us back our pipe organs, our choirs and our anthems.
There's better entertainment on TV, but there's no other way to experience the incredible majesty of Jehovah.

@joyfulyes Really? A thousand or more years?!
But I agree with you. As long as worship is authentic to the community, and is done to glorify God, why criticize it. Congregational singing is a great tradition that was reclaimed through the reformation. This is a lovely example.

Just added this one to my favourites.
Have you made anymore videos?

This is MOST stirring and inspirational. Thank you for "upgrading" one of my all-time favorite hymns.

@larryglass61 amen
very beautiful indeed..the song accompanied with the pipe organ, the voices of the congregation and the many altar servers etc. processing up to and round the altar! Majestic!

WOW....not only did you enhance the hymns, you enhanced their participation within the hymn itself. Amazing! I wonder if they did and still do appreciate what you did and are still doing(?) for them?

Thanks for your comment. I created solo handbell flourishes for over 200 hymns. They come in handy for processionals and recessionals ... lots of trills !!! Yes, this church was very gracious in their appreciation.
