Alienware m15x Boot!! DON'T BUY FROM ALIENWARE!! read info!

This Alienware is made of poor and cheap plastic.
The hinge in the screen is attached to the cheap plastic panel that breaks after a while!!
Alienware's service is crap to, they don't respond to any of my emails!!

It's slow because of Vista, upgrade to Win 7 it's a world of difference!

guys, Alienware sucks. I bought one 1 year ago and it works like shit. Well, google it, Alienware products have a bunch of problems. haha. I was so stupid when I ordered an Alienware without researching.

it takes time too boot, WORST COMPUTER EVER, who cares if the specs are great and they look awesome, it takes 1 min to boot.

I don't know why, but I always see people with Alienware laptop problems. I would recommend buying a desktop instead. Mine doesn't have any problems.

I have a M11X and I must agree, do not buy products from alienware/dell. Dell has desecrated the name and quality of these computers and is doing as little as possible for customer supportand resolution of the similar issues I have with mine.

yes, I am agree with you, this specific model quality its very cheap, even there was a time when I bought this laptop its was too expensive so I thought this is a best laptop but I got hinge problem too after 10 months and they repaired it for free cause I had warranty, but now once again I got hinge problem and also I got cracked on touchpad too , :S and exactly the same thing happ to me like I send many emails to them while they had my system but they dont response properly.

Yea, Alienware are crap, m15x are expensive, and if u want good processor or ram you need to upgrade, which cause a lot of money. The graphic card...shit.. i rather get ati radeon 5650.
