lfsp0321 I'm 5 11 and I am able to fancy windmill dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I used the program at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any workout could be used if you can check they generate results

No. I'm sure this is when they won the series in six and then took detroit to seven games in round two because damon jones winner was in game 6.
