  • @LeopardaProductions brown rice is best. you do not have to eat it 2 times a day everyday otherwise you will get bored. but yes rice is great.

  • Tuna? Are you serious? Tuna has mercury in it you don`t want to eat a lot of tuna. You should eat salmon it doesn`t have as much mercury in it plus it has more protein than tuna.
