This incident took place at Tafalla, Spain on 19 August 2010.
Forty people were injured. A 10-year-old boy suffered stomach wounds while another spectator was gored in the back. The other injuries were minor.
Officials later tied a rope around the bull to bring it under control. The animal was removed using a crane and later killed.
Spectators were watching a contest of "recortadores", where participants attempt to dodge the bull as it runs frantically around the arena.
The incident comes as the country is split over whether bull fighting should be completely outlawed. Last month Catalonia became the first major spanish region to ban bull fighting.

@Terje1337 You're the one who accused me of having too much sympathy for animals and claim I should only respect human beings. But there is NOT a clear psychological line between sadism against other animals and sadism against humans. Serial killers usually start off on pets.
The crowd was engaged in sociopathic/sadist behavior and their victim rebelled. And no one was seriously hurt. You are likely the only person on earth who wouldn't cheer this. Even the crowd likely did after getting clear.
