The organization called "Back to Disco" sponsors disco dance events in 4 different venues in the greater Los Angeles area. The first two hours of the evening are devoted to music selected by the dj's to fit the style of the BTD hustle dancers. Around 10 or 10:30 the music morphs into the type favored more by the B2D free-style dancers -- who then crowd the dance floor. This video focuses on the BackToDisco hustle part of the evening. This event was filmed at the Double Tree Hotel in Rosemead, California, a town east of downtown Los Angeles, on August 15, 2009. Love it!!! I am glad people are re-discovering Disco anf the Hustle. I enjoyed this vidoe and particularly the two man dancing...very impresive!
To that individual who posted the faul and negative remark about Disco...he must be part of that idiot mob who burn Disco LP's on Thursday, July 12, 1979, at Comiskey Park in Chicago, Illinois. The event has been described as "the night disco died" and "a mass exercise in racism and homophobia, reminiscent of Nazi book-burnings.

Thanks for posting -- they're all good dancers! I am impressed. Hustle is so flattering to tall, thin women, who can carry off the elegance of the moves. Love the guys dancing with each other too. BTW, I don't see anyone being off-beat (in response to below comment)...they're on-beat for the dance.
