Car drives into Critical Mass Minneapolis group

While at a red light, I videotaped the Critical Mass bicycles, and happened to see this car going when the light turned green. A bicyclist crashed into the car, and it appears the car tried to leave the scene. There is a police officer, visible at :35, directing traffic.

All opinions are welcome, but racist. xenophobic and homophobic comments will be deleted. (Really? This is needed? There's our national discourse for you!)

@Threeshammy twice I was hit.but my dumb ass wasn't traveling in the road into oncoming traffic.it's like this.you weight what 100-200 pounds.but a vehicle will weigh over a ton. it's on yourself as a "Critical Mass" to not let this shit happen.those fuckers are letting kids ride in the streets with cars.I knew there would be some easy way to eliminate the idiots. imagine a kid getting hit because a bunch of "adults" wanted to ride bikes with cars.ever played frogger?you're the frog.

I'm having some difficulty understanding why a bunch of non-cyclists get on their bikes to mob downtown streets. I bike regularly to work, and I do my very best to obey traffic laws AND be courteous to the other road-users. As they say, "it's a two-way street". If you're impolite and piss drivers off, the less mature ones will reciprocate randomly and on impulse... Not an outcome that anyone would intend.

Critical Mass needs to clean up before I participate.
