Omg. I've been through the same thing. It worked in some parts of my house at times but not in my room or in the malls here in Florida. But I have the iPhone 4s with sprint because of the unlimited data. But I had friend with an iphone tried his phone at my place and he had no problems and neither do I. So maybe you can have a friend try their phone. Hope everything works out for you.

I have issues from time to time...but it all depends on your area. I live by virtually nothing but train tracks and woods so my service isnt the best but... It sucks because sprint is known for horrible customer service. Wifi does help alot

I just broke my HTC EVO I gave them hell and asked for a supervisor and told them give me a refurbished EVO because that 3D is stupid they seemed to be winging people off that original because people can jail break it for free internet service. Sprint is ratchet. Going into the store is hell.

Anthony... I have the Evo too and the only issues I've had is an occasional dropped call, and that trying to use the net on their network... it's just slow as a bitch... Do you have wi-fi in your apartment? If you do then that will most def take care if your issue with the net being slow and not being able to upload vids... But as for them giving you the run around, you might just have to get nasty in order for them to get their shit straight... I hope it gets better for you.

I was having the same issues with metroPCS that's why I left them and came to Sprint.... O laws, look-a here Sprint better not try me with this mess. All of these companies have problems with their phones and customer service. Hang in there bro
