  • Lots of people are pushing maxpedition hard. Just wondering if this is a free product to review or endorse or if you are getting paid? Their customer service is terrible and won't work with you to replace a bad strap on a new bag..... My review and experience is #FAIL sorry. Thanks for answering.

  • $130 before shipping and handeling!! It would cost everybit of $150 plus. Thats a lil too high for that small backpack. indeed,a very cool pack, but way overpriced. I belive $65-$80 would be a lil more reasonable. jmo

  • Love those Maxpedition products. I wouldn't drink that baby killer Nestle water though. Do a YouTube search for "nestle frog" or click my user name. God bless and God save the republic.

  • Here in Australia , companies like Mountain Designs and Macpac sell their day packs for about $90 just for a small one with a basic design, so when i see $ 150 on a bag it doesn't really phase me that much, however I haven't had any experience with maxpedition but i will probably by their gear from their supplier here for and pay a little more as a result.

  • Nice review as always

  • @jdhp45toy I got my falcon 2 from Amazon $116 inc shipping to Australia, I have worn through cheaper backpacks (not much cheaper) because I use my gear a lot in all different types of environments while I have been travelling. The initial cost is a bit higher but will save you money in the long run through the strength and versatility. 1 great backpack is better than 4 decent backpacks!

  • good pack ...free for making a video....

  • just got mine love it.

  • @jdhp45toy Can you believe then that theses great Taiwan produced bags of Maxpedition are even twice as expensive at Maxpedion Europe's webshops (i.e. .nl or .de)!? You pay 160 EUR for a Falcon-II here!? That means with today's exchange a flabbergasting 215 USD!?

  • Sir , I had a bad scare with my Kimber 1911 which I carried it in a fanny pack naked - no holster- and twice I found it with the safety off.

I have since learned from that and I never carry any handgun without some kind of holster.

I made a pouch to cover the safety and it has prevented the inadvertent safety releases.

I was lucky to not have an accidental discharge, but it was only by the grace of God.

You do good work and I thank you for it, I just thought I`d pass along my experience.

  • @calrenman as if the military one isnt a POS haha. with the exception of my IOTV all the gear they give us is crap. lowest bidder everytime

  • cheap version of a military three day pack!
