Just found out I can't do it on mine because it's straight out of the box and has 3.1 preinstalled.
I'll wait until the JB tool is out, but after that it should be fine yeah?

no you shouldn't need to!
just have the pwnage tool program version 3.1.3
remember if u havnt jailbroken on 3.01 or 3.0 it will most probably not work!
