Ryu can shoot fireballs from his hand.. so what's the difference...

Kicked in the nuts at 1:20
OUCH......

Sorry, but if you can't counterattack an easily telegraphed "vigorous" jumper then you just suck. And so what if his grab does 2/3 damage? All the other characters have combos to build up damage. The slow guys have grabs instead.

Maybe, though, everyone I've heard defending the concept of tiers has been a 3rd Strike Ken player.

This game is going to be HUGE!

Andy rocks!!
Took a little long to bring him back but its ok

Fair enough.
Personally I liked him back in 95 (never had 94 'til ReBout for PS2) but initially, was too drastically altered for my liking in 96. I only got on track with KYO in '99 (maybe the funky new threads?). Between 96-98 I couldn't really be bothered with him. I enjoy him from 99-02, but really clicked with him in 03 AND as you mentioned EX Kyo in XI (& NGBC?)
As for tiers; maybe its all about learning a low-tier character and destroying all high-tier oncomers to prove ones 'ability'?

if but before the Robert movement tapeworm fire now is already not equal to the one of they ken T.T

I can understand that, and I'd agree you're right except for two points:
Firstly, Kyo has always been very powerful. He is a monster at high levels in 98, he's extremely compatible with strikers in 2000, EX Kyo in XI has tons of 100% possibilities and rushdown potential, etc.
Secondly, some people actually *like* having tiers. I have no idea why, but it's often treated as a feature by some especially zealous fans. This is particularly common with games like 3rd Strike and the "Versus" series.

Must be nice living in 1993. Everyone knows that Art of Fighting has shoto inspired characters, older then old news.
I have a hard time believing that Kyo can shoot flames out of his hands.
