  • they are so cute. i have a few question's though... i found 3 sparrow eggs today and i have no clue how to hatch them. what should i do with them. there parents haven't been around for a few days, so i put them in a safer place. i think they were abandoned. so if i do find a way to hatch them, what can i feed them??? just curious. thanks!

  • I also have a video on how to make homeade baby bird food, mainly for Sparrows! Just check out my videos in my profile, and hopefully it will help!. Also, dont forget to lightly turn the eggs over at least 2-3 times a day, so that the developing baby doesnt stick to the shell. Good luck!

  • excuse me i found a baby sparrow and i have realised that the tail feathers are very small and thin often they come out is this natural?i estimate it to be around 12 days old because it has already learnt how to drink and bathe

  • He is probably molting, which is when they loose their features to get new ones.

  • hey. i found a baby sparrow today. i think it fell down from it nest but i cant find the nest anywhere, so i brought it back coz i'm afraid people will step on it or it will be eaten by cat. it is still moving as we speak, but it wont eat anything. the baby doesnt even squeek and open its mouth. but the baby has been pooping 3 times already. is the baby ok? how do i get it to eat?

  • awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • do they only squeek when they are hungry?

  • hi. my mom found a baby sparrow on our backyard floor today. it must've fallen off of the roof. i went up to the roof to look for the nest, but i couldn't find one. what do i do? i can't keep it since i work and go to school, i can't take it to an animal rehab place until wednesday. will it survive?

  • hehe im raising a day old song thrush at the moment.

But i raised many yound birdies though!

    But these sparrows are CUTE!

  • God bless you for being such an Angel.

  • Can you help me.. i found a baby sparrow almost drowned and she wont open her mouth.. why?

  • I found a baby bird two days ago, she looks almost old enough to fly and I am trying to save her, she will not open her mouth no matter what I do, I have forced some liquid down her throat but I know she needs to eat solid food too, what am I doing wrong????

  • its eyes were not open yet no feathers

    :( it died :(

  • How old is it? If you don't want it to die and the mom does not want it, you may have to start raising it yourself... Which I highly recommend because it's such a joy to take care of something so innocent and cute.

  • i found a baby bird it fell out of the nest and the mother has no interest in feeding it what do i do to move it?

it is sitting in my back porch alone i fed it worm off a tooth pick but aside from that what do i do to move it to a box / bed?
