My grandfather lost his eye helping build the Apollo 11 and even got to meet the legend. RIP Neil. Say hi to grandpa for me.

As Neil DeGrasse Tyson said, the first manned Mars lander needs to be called the 'Armstrong'.

You're right there was a metal pole perpendicular to the upright pole to make the flag rectangular. The reason the flag kept waving was because of the lack of atmosphere to cause friction and dissipate the kinetic energy left from the astronauts placing it in the lunar regolith.

It never ceases to amaze me how people can believe that such a feat of human ingenuity was a hoax, especially with the vast amount of proof demonstrating otherwise.

I respectfully disagree. It should not be called the Armstrong. Armstrong's legend exists on the moon. It should be given Carl Sagan's name-- in honor of all he did for the research and exploration of Mars. "The next place to wander to, is Mars. But whatever the reason you're on Mars is, I'm glad you're there. And I wish I was with you."

Tears well in my eyes, every time I read this quote.

The most basic physics course will teach you that in a vacuum (like the moon) the only way for the flag to lose it's kinetic energy is through interatomic forces (essentially friction). Therefore it can wave for significantly longer than in an atmosphere. The same results have been shown in vacuum chambers around the world. Your'e obviously nuts so I'm now going to ignore you.

    "The flag was waving"

Your rhetoric is only going to take in a few of those viewers who don't look at the anomaly. Here are some links to it.

The flag anomaly is too clear to obfuscate. That footage was taken in air.

I already have and you're simply wrong. "The flag was waving" are you fucking serious? Google it. Basic physics and common sense dismisses all your "proof". And none of it even begins to explain how the Russian tracking systems were fooled during Apollo or how the landing spots have been pictured and clearly show flags, footprints and landing struts. You want to believe it was fake because it makes you feel as if you know something other people don't. But the truth is, you're wrong. The end.

That info has nothing to do with David Icke. I just posted it on his forum.

Are you going to look at the info?
