I'm all for family values and if a kid behaves in this way and assaults other people and vandalises then they should be made to pay.

In other words the cost of the damage plus a hefty fine should be paid in cash straight away or the items from the family house or the house itself will be sold.

Think the kids would find that funny when the telly and the Xbox is sold for £10 at auction or the parents can't control their kids if it means no car or their house is up for grabs.
