There will never be singers like Tetrazzini until the impresarios understand what the ART OF SINGING requires. Unfortunately, the halls of universities, colleges and the rest, are lined with acoustically challenged PHD's whose only claim to being a "voice" teacher is closer to

being a Vocal Assasin as indicated by Herbert Caesari.

what great singing perfection Gelb of the Metropolitan should insist singers listen to this and learn about the technique and style of perfection==Calla and southrnland and Lily Pons were not Tetrazinis and could not be ompared to her
