These were some good Yam Fries I made them with my turkey burger (see vid) and they were great, I will be making these with other dishes, they are healthier then white potatoes

You will need:

Yam(s), 1/4 cup EVOO (if you use 3-4 yams), 1-2 tbsp sugar (sugar of your choose), 1 pinch of salt, 2 tsps of spice ( I used Allspice)

Preheat oven 450 degress (500 for crisper, remeber ovens varies), spread yams on sheet and pyt into oven for 15 mins then turn them over and cook for another 15 mins (time may vary based on oven.

  • oww that looks so good gave me chills because I LOVEEE POTATOES and its so not good all the time to eat especially while pregnant lol My husband is always eye balling measurements, he is like the chef "Just a dash of this, and that and that lol"

  • @MamiYare love it, yams are the best they are naturally sweet so you may be able to get away with just baking them
