Yuppers...I suggested to him to challenge the DMCA because it was more than likely fake...and turns out it was. I saw this back in the old youtube underground wars a couple years back. From everyone calling in to youtube...Jones and them at infowars filing claims..and Daves determination..they finally gave in and reinstated both channels:) Kick ass!
