Yes and no. If Barry lives then you fight the Tyrant once. Let Barry live and you'll fight it twice.

@naierer Well it's IMPOSSIBLE to became like Lisa just because you saw your mothers corpse and/or your father is dead while you're the only survivor knowing that you're going to die soon and meet them.

I let Barry die, took his magnum, and then used the 6 bullets to shoot Lisa right off that platform.

@Anonymousnonexistent Wesker's main goal was get Tyrant data and destroy the mansion. But the Self-Destruct is activated by Barry (Jill Mode) or Rebecca (Chris Mode).
