sorry son, but u got this wrong. where bj has his left knee planted, he quickly switches to put his right knee there. then with his left foot he puts on top of his opponents knee, at the same time straightens his right leg. this bypasses the opponects legs. then you go for full mount

Beautiful Pass. Thanks for sharing.

i just disagree with the starting, putting your hands on the mat is a pure mistake, why dont you keep your hands on him?
then i like the end of the move i will try this.
thanks

BTW people if you want to see one of the worst decisions in the history of MMA watch Jeff's fight with John Fitch. You won't believe what happened (I won't tell you because it's almost unbelievable). But just so you know Jeff gave the current #2 WW in the world a clinic on MMA.

Nice explaination Jeff. I train with Loafy in the Shwa. We've done this pass (with Charles Cobrinha too!) but I have not seen the little detail about pushing his bottom thigh to get his top leg to come down. I will try it.
Too bad about your career being cut short. I was hoping to see you do well in the UFC. If it's worth anything I thought you won the Kosceck fight (you won the standup and nulified his takedowns with a great butterfly guard AND almost had that triangle locked in).

@Joslinent we know jiujitsu is a giant chest game.... I mean, even if you have to re post your hand, you can always regain position.
I hit this 4 times today, thanks great tutorial!

right before you step over there's nothing that's holding you or stabilizing you to your right where i can just roll you over. What i'm saying is, once you go to the underhook you have nothing that's holding you because your right arm is trapped in his wizzer and your right leg is between his legs and his right leg! so, i personally believe this wouldn't work. let know me know otherwise. Thanks.

@temka892004 The key is how you keep your weight on his thigh and keep him twisted with his legs one way and his back on the mat. It's tough to put into words. Thanks for feedback.
