I am guessing you have E-amusement right?

2nd mix X-Specials are unlocked for extra stages now. You dont have to do anything special anymore. Just got to 2nd mix folder on your extra stage.

Aww, we don't have e-amusement in our country... :( Is there any other way I could unlock it...?

maybe, but its hard.

Before, this was the unlock method. (you need to get lucky)

Play a 2nd mix song before final stage and then pick random for final stage. You can only get it if you get paranoia dirty mix for your random final stage. Maybe other 2nd mix songs will work but for me it was always paranoia dirty mix. AA it and look in the 2nd mix folder on extra stage, should be there. like I said its hard to do this way...

I did heard of this method and haven't tested It since it was just a rumor I heard from friends. I was thinking that there must be another way.... I guess I need some luck to pull this off...
