A single blade, whether it is propeled with tip jets or a motor will never work. "For every action, there is an equal but oposite reaction". Learn that, then contemplate why all the WORKING personal helicopters have TWO counter-rotating blades.

@Salguodelaev No "gyro" effect (Torque) because the rockets om the tips of the rotary wings don't produce any!. The torque effect occurs when the impulse of the rotor comes from the central axis.
