Draw. White has to check and black can't take with queen or would lose rook. If white doesn't perpetual check its over because rook goes away.
-
That was a draw!

@Pitchoun1417 I take it back, I see it now. It's a draw. If Magnus puts Ian in Check, Ian has to move back or lose the rook at the end of the exchange. I got it.

@TheMiwaro But Magnus could put Ian in check and force a queen trade... why they ended when they did I don't know.

@Pitchoun1417 I'm missing something here. How can Carlsen, at this point, force a draw? His rook is pinned. If his queen slides into the check positon, Ian swaps queens and takes the pawn. Seemingly a favorable position.
-
@xplicitstyle no, but it did look like that Qh5 was the old man's erect penis...
-
I think Ian won because at the end magnus could not move his rook because it would put him in check and he could not defend it with another piece
-
Nobody won its a Draw

its a draw white has a perpetual and if qxq then pawn takes with check and black loses the rook good game I hacer carlsen he's over rated radjabov is the man
They made draw, Carlsen didn't resingn. Why do you think Nepo think so much to play such an obvious move like Rd5 ? He was trying to find a win, but he couldn't manage to do so. At 7:41 we can see he says something, and just after he is looking at Carlsen.
Also the line gave by erick is right and Dg6+ is a perpetual.
