I've heard of this before. There's a projector somewhere near that building with a camera on top of it. The camera is connected to a computer programed to look for the laser light. When it sees the light, it projects a matching dot underneath it. Drag the laser across to create a line. When you are done, hit the reset button on the contraption to clear the projected image.
Simply put: temporary, high-tech graffiti.

i want to make one dey do you now what projector or video Beam i need, i have mi own lasser graffit, but i used with a little projector this have 2500 lumens, is panasonic, but i dont now what projector use for this kind of presentacion, thx

afterwards of course! but there was quite a lack of it during that night.
In basel it was quite awesome. I wrote "we need weed" on the side of this massive warehouse and then 5 minutes later some brazilian guy came up and passed me a spliff.
