For my drawings I used to use a Sakura Pigma Pen set and right now I'm trying out Faber Castell Pitt Black Pen set, I am thinking about buying a real Jp. Nib pack with the pen holder part and some ink to try that out. I use paper like Smooth Bristol Pad and pencils don't matter I guess but I use the artist pack with B to HB, that kind.

you can wipe the ink off of nibs right away, not leaving it on till it dries.
