Rand, like his father Ron, hates racism AND loves the constitution. Their position is a constitutional one, not a racist one. History shows foreign countries & certain northern states within the US achieved equal rights & treatment for blacks & other minorities long before the civil rights act of 1964. Up to 120 yrs ahead.
