Love the scene, sadly it's beginning of Sam's departure. Rob Lowe made such a huge mistake leaving the show, I know his character was supposed to be the lead and finished being in ans ensemble show, and that he hadn't raises in his fee, but I still think he should've stayed. :_-(

I love how Sorkin's characters always use the word 'thing' to replace pretty much any noun they can't think of at that exact moment.

one thing I loved about West Wing is that the show didn't revolve around 1 character. It could have done but it seems everyone had a 'fair share' of it

@my2c Wasn't because of money, he originally fought to take the role at 50% of what his agent said he should be on, because he wanted it so badly. Everyone else (the big 4 and Sheen) got a raises & he STILL said he would stay if his character had a chance to grow and he had a creative future with the show. They wouldn't guarantee even to that, putting him in a situation where him had no choice but to leave - as Sorkin left soon after that it ended up being a characteristically wise choice.

I found it hilarious, that sam was wearing the exact same shit and tie he had on it the picture they posted!...LOL!
