Netgear Customer Support for ReadyNas Duo (RND2000 )

Netgear customer support goes to new lengths - or maybe just my patience. To be fair The ReadyNas has not had a fair outing as I continue the struggle to get a Netgear router to forward to it's *ss. But hey if it takes Netgear this long to get it sorted then I don't feel so bad. Get creative and share the experience. The app is just Mobile Skype used over wireless [can't make calls over 3G]

DONT BUY NETGEAR!!!

They will give you like a 30 day warranty then you have 1 free support call after that they try to charge you out the yang for fixing their flawed products
