@TheBlessedbabi Asians should not be critiquing American or European food. That would be like me going to China and telling them how to make Fried rice and Chow Mein.
Asians critiquing our food is the most ridiculously thing I've ever seen. No way anyone would care what she thinks or respect any of her opinions.

Hollandaise is made with tempered butter egg yolks, white vinegar, pinch of cayenne and lemon juice well that's the classic hollandaise anyways so probably that's what it was
