assistant referee stopped which means he saw an offside, but maybe referee had another opinion.After this match his bank account will be 10000 euros bigger...

If you pause it just right around the 0:05 you can see he's onside. It's a graphics error that might make it seem he's offside at full speed because the passer's foot goes through the bal then it moves. The halfway line is the offside line when there are no defenders in their own half, then it's the ball, then it's the keeper. It's not offside at all.

he is offside, but this was given because of two reasons (i know because my uncle is one of the producers of this game).
1.- referees have off days and sometimes make wrong descisions in this game.
2.- when the computer actually decided that the ball would be passed, the other player was still onside.
it is a combination of both of these things
