I think it's safe to say that NO country lacks problems. So...why is it that people can't just leave it at that?
When it comes to fireworks, the Chinese have a LOT more experience. So of course, yes, they will be technically "better at shows" I would imagine. Otherwise...any country can build a stadium like that. Any country can host the event. I'm from Atlanta, Georgia in the USA...and we had the 1996 Olympics here. What remains? A big olympic park downtown in the middle of crapville.
