@crazywitch25 She has been a regular student of mine for 4 years now - it was the first time she did this routine, and was feeling silly I think because she knew the camera was right there!!! I don't always "warn" my students that I'll be taping the class.... I guess I'm mean that way! hahah!

@mzbansal1 Keep trying and you'll get it!! When I say "Mambo" its not a "true" mambo....its an aerobics kind of mambo....I don't have a break down video - I bet if you search aerobic mambo step or something like that you could find one somewhere on YT!!
