I have spoken to Ms Bronstein and know the facts.
Most here are as as sharp as a marble and have NFI what really happened that day.
She was officially doing her job at APEC and a head vs. concrete impact can easily kill.
Film the cops as you please - stand 40 feet away so they CANNOT use the hindrance clause and if they MISBEHAVE - chuck the videos on YT.
They will bleat like lambs and bluff - but they are legally powerless to stop you filming.

The simple fact is that the Police appalud every single new power they are given. Your average police officer doesn't give a shit about a citizen's rights, only what power they can weild over them. I'm not making excuses for criminal scumbags who hate cops because they get busted by them but you can tell the qulaity of nation's police for by how they treat protestors. The average cop sees no difference between a common crook and a protestor and THERE-IN lies the problem.
