Today, more than one-third of adult women are considered obese, which means they have a body mass index of 30 or higher. Compared with women who maintain a healthy weight, endometrial cancer is twice as common in overweight women and more than three times as common in obese women..   • good stuff! a person is considered overweight when his/her BMD= body mass index is greater than 30...i didn't know that! Thanks MDanderson
