Sampe printer model on XP, but no services tab. I suspect it may be due to plugging it in and allowing windows to search for the drivers. The sofware/drivers on the disk probably allow you to access the new tab.

I have windows xp and it doesnt even have a services tab. Just layout and paper/quality
