A pretty ordinary train in industrial Vancouver, WA, until the Grade Crossing equipment malfunctions, making things very interesting! He has to stop his train, and use lots of horn as he goes across the crossing. Enjoy the horn serenade! :)

  • nice catch..lot of unique engines specially with the Ex-BN(?) & the NS

  • @GhostFearMe Thanks!

  • Please get rid of copyguard! Its distracting and unecessary. You are the only one doing this! I have yet to see pledgerism in railway clips on Youtube! And dump the stupid advert before your clips!, this is not commercial TV!

  • @electricrailwaygod @electricrailwaygod, Okay here's the deal, pal. I spend alot of money making these videos (I've gone thru 3 different camcorders) and I am a student. The revenue from these adverts are helping me pay my college tuition and save for a new camcorder. I apologize for the adverts and know they are probably annoying, but they allow me the save money in order to buy a new camcorder so I can continue producing videos. Please also see my other comment.

  • @electricrailwaygod Also, at the time this video was made, approximately 15 of my videos were put on other YouTube channels, even with the copyright mark on them. I apologize for the watermark, but it is a free country, if you really are bugged by them, feel free to not watch my vids. I appreciate you taking the time to write these comments so thank you much for your feedback. I appreciate you taking the time to write. Thanks again. :)

  • There was no malfunction the gates did activate correctly. I am a conductor with BNSF out of Vancouver. These gates are wired in with the signal and will activate sooner if a favorable signal is displayed. We are often talked by this signal when red to stage departure out of town. They only activate after we pass the signal when red.

  • @jinx4545: Thanks for the information.

  • What malfuntion?

  • Great video!

  • the 2 people who disliked this will be hit by a train.

  • what a manly sound!!!

  • Thanks for sharing this great catch! I normally check for trains anyway when the gates are are not flashing or down. ( depending on traffic in back of me too!) but you never know when this could happen anywhere. I also read the comment from the conductor and understand that this gate is working correctly. Regardless, I think all involved here, both train employees or drivers all need to be aware!

  • I DO IT...

  • @longlivethewtc

You do a good job defending yourself. I do the watermarks sometimes on my other channel, WAMTrains. It really helps with preventing plagiarism!

  • i do it, i dont risk asses to steal my videos. mine is worse

  • @longlivethewtc what was the NS I had difficulty with my cmputer at that point in the video
