I deal with passager's when I work and I KNOW for a fact that they aren't that calm when they meet me. I try to defuse the promble but it just gets worst. no matter what answer I give them it isn't the right answer.

The customer came to the counter a bit agitated (throwing the book at the counter) assuming the store HAD to take the book back and give her a refund even after she open it and was pass the return policy time frame., But it turned out the store clerk handle her marvelously by offering her various options that fitted with the customer. She got the new book which is what she wanted and off she go. The end.

In what way was this difficult? Customer acted polite and to the point, and the customer service agent (as some now like to be called) was also polite and to the point. Classic example of how things are supposed to go down.
lol, I bagged groceries to help pay for college. This is NOT a difficult customer.
