there so much cunts out there now days who intent to bring chaos to clubs and bother bouncers...corwards who carry weapons,low life dump,empty vessel heads who get a buzz of a drug n smotherns there soft assholes,drunken disorderly fuck faces who dont know what responsibility of limits of drinks you should have people like them are disgrace!!! respect to all new bouncers and old school bouncers. lets not forget the reasonably,necessary and justified code when man handling those arseholes.

@dcraig1865 hi I'm only 5t 2in and work the door.Tread softly ,its all about what you say physical helps but it all can be de-escalated via communication.again its teamwork and who you work with.

kids you talk about get away with telling parents, teachers and coppers to FCK OFF you cant say that to a 275 lb doorman, i have enjoyed too much teaching spoilt un smacked kids to respect power and authority. It goes like this " do i look like your parent, your teacher, im not and if you dont leave i will show you why i dont teach kindergarten"

@milkybar100 Well, If I may be so bold as to offer some advice as you begin this work, you will work with some good bouncers and some that are shit so chose carefully who you fall in with. And don't think you can reason with EVERYBODY. They may just be too drunk and some people just want to fight no matter what and the vast majority of times I have had to fight, I was just trying to pull fighting people apart and they turned on me or another bouncer. It's all about TEAMWORK.

@dcraig1865 cheers. im hopeing to be good at it. ive seen bouncers on the door who are ot big at all and would be easily threatened, my guess is these guys know how to talk to people. wich is what its all about. not ncessary to use force. but i reckon ill be alrite, bit of self defence is good to have under your belt.. but knowing how to speak to someone is better.
