dnt bother with the guy who dont think u do parkour i think u guys r awesome i live in swansea nd do free running aswell but i dnt know where tht gym is and this is like thed second grp ive seen using it can sum1 please give me the address for it

look up the definition of Le Parkour before trying to partake in it :P
This is actually street tricking mate :P
Parkour is about flow, lines, rythm...
whereas Street Tricking is about crazy flips that you SHOULDNT be able to do from lower heights...but you DO Trick very well, so still 4/5

haha nice vid guys.
My brother and I used to live in swansea, and we visit there once every year. We plan on being there sometime in July this year in 2008. Hopefully we'll be able to meet up with you guys, we are doing parkour here in California and it would be nice to hit up some of the Swansea spots with people that know the area better.
