I agree with you, I just had my breast done in Thailand. They cut it thru my armpit. I think its bullshit when people say stay natural. We all have different choices. If you wanna stay natural then go for it! but if you wanna have them done there is nothing wrong with it as well! ofcourse there is no way you can have a larger breast if you dont undergo a surgery. doctors will always take care of you.
