  • why is she wearing a diaper ?

  • Why does a diaper interest you? I find this question offensive and inappropriate and will not dignify it with a proper response other than-This video has been placed for educational purposes on g-tube placement.

  • im curius because i fail to see why she cant be fitted with a colostomy bag and cathater?

  • I believe that she will eventually potty train. It will just take a while. She is making some progress in this area.

  • Hello. You are very welcome. Normally they do not sedate a child to resize or change a button. Reanna was having another procedure that required sedation and I requested to have this done at that time for convenience.

  • @nennita1981 u only have to get a new size when the mickey button gets tight were it is at and the tube starts to sink in that is when u have to get a new button size.when it comes to changeing the tube u have to change to tube every 3 mounths or when it starts to leek. when it comes out in its own u have to act fast to put a new feeding tube in and if u wheat to long the hole in the tummy will close up.

    hope this helps

  • my grandmother had her tube feeder inserted through he nose...

  • omfg! shes getting a new button lol jk

  • @millerrenee I love your answer!!! Good for you!!!

  • My baby just got a G-tube and she is 15 mths. When do I know when to go for a refitting??

  • @Chelseafc47 oops, actually, it isn't even surgery at all. There is no opening of any skin that isn't already open, aka the stoma....it's just replacement of a tube, which can be done at home.

  • @Chelseafc47 there is no need for intubation for a g-tube change, it's not surgery.

  • Is this ignacio at navy med center?
