  • Hey man I just started getting into crossfit after watching some of the games videos on youtube. I am 18 and about your size (6'0, 180) and have no idea how you lift the weight you do. How did you build up initially at such a young age? Like what were some of the workouts you did when you first started doing crossfit?

  • @sbart5 To get good at the movements it just takes practice, I started doing all of the same workouts I do now, I just can do them faster now. If you're just starting find some programming to follow and just go for it and stay committed. CrossFit.com is fun to follow, as well as any affiliate site you may like.
