the exhaust pipes will have the same awesome sound as before?

this is Nissan Engine!

the whole idea of a diesel engine is that it is the constant amount of air that enters the engine. then the air is superheated with compression and the amount of fuel injected controls power and rpm. why stranggle and engine purely for emmisions reasons.
-
The throttle body is used to reduce air flow into the engine. This is done to increase exhaust heat at idle. This and the use of a fuel injector mounted in the exhaust pipe is done for idle particulate filter regeration.

It's not rubbish
On modern diesel, air intake throttle is used to control EGR rate (when the throttle get close, the pressure falls downstream, so that EGR are pumped)
-
im sorry but thats rubbish, every diesel engine ive worked on have been throttleless. a diesel engine is a constant air mass engine . revs are controlled by the amount of fuel being injected. thats why the throttle cable on a diesel engine goes to the injector pump. all you controll is the fuel being injected.
-
Diesels do use throttles to controll the amount of air going into the engine but instead of an air fuel mixture the negine inhales pure are only (well considering the amount of pollution nowaday I cant say that its pure air).

dunno why theres a throttle body on that considering diesel are throttless engines. well done renault lol
And Nissan is controlled by Renault. The two companies share development and production of several engines and vehicle platforms. Renault first used this engine in the Laguna and Latitude, but Nissan now offers a lower-speed, high torque version in the Pathfinder and Navara. It is based loosely on the 2.0 L Renault M9, which allows some (albeit minimal) component sharing. Nissan uses the Renault engine number (V9X) indicating the engine is sourced from Renault, and not built by Nissan.

Clearly you need more experience with modern diesels.
