I do a version of this with Poblano peppers cut in half long ways, garlic cloves. The pepper goes on last on top of the butter. I also use vidalia onions.
EXCELLENT recipe either way and super easy.
Paula does not mention the temp or cook time but for the thickness she used I would guess about 45 minutes at 375.
BTW I love this lady!!! She is such a HOOT and excellent cook!!!
