@aeriskitchen Is this recipe like a Japanese Sweet Red Bean Soup?

@maxtull21
I didn't try Japanese sweet red bean soup..but I know china, japan and Korea all have very similar red bean porridge or soup type food.. maybe other asian countries have similar one too.. so my answer is.. it will be similar with Japanese one.

Hai, Aeri!
For the short grain rice flour, like what u've said, substitute it with short rice grain, do I just cook the short rice grain and add it into the sweet rice flour or do I hv to cool down the short rice grain and mash it? Or can I just use all sweet rice flour?
Sorry for the questions. And thank you!

You can make your own powder from short grain rice... by grinding them in a mixer.. and use the powder like the one in the recipe.. you can mix short grain rice flour and sweet rice flour.. or just use all sweet rice flour.. ^^
