I trained with Sheila for 4 1/2 years, and I can say from personal experience that she could and would choke every one of the naysayers on this board...male and female. Get ahold of yourselves, the Abu Dhabi is the world stage and requires years of hard work and dedication to even compete at the level Sheila is at.
