... made up? There are the two animals fighting, and a tiger winning. Even if its staged or set up, tiger won. I image a large croc could ambush a tiger from the water... but on any other terms, I with the tiger.

The only way for a croc to best a lion or tiger (even in water) is for them to grab the head and have complete control. Remember, they only have there jaws to fight with. Weight is not much of an advantage in water so a big croc could still be fought off. This fact is evident in the sunderbans because tigers their never learned to fear the big salties, but they do respect them. But in general fights like these can go both ways which is why we have these passionate debates
