@asuka91draco Played the stage on Ace difficulty, you can also see 'Grabacr 1', or Ashley Bernitz, your main enemy of AC5. If you let he be and engage the Schwarze, Ashley will pursuit Huckebein and Bartlett and shoot them down by himself. And so the history is complete.

Pops and Capt. Bartlett are both pilots during the Belkan War.. It is stated by Pops himself during an interview in AC5

Hey, bartlett's TAC name in AC:Zero WAS Heatbreak One..
i played AC:Zero in Hard difficulty yesterday and during the Battle-Axe Mission of B7R (Mercenary style ACE) there's a friendly aircraft of Heartbreak One..
also after the Schwarze team appeared, Huckebein also appeared, trying to flee from the airspace but i hunted him and he was shot down..
i guess that's the time when they were both shot down and fight their way to the nearest Allied Base..

Project aces did it on purpose so players can recognize that plane as Bartlett. if they put kid on the aircraft some may not recognize it

I think Schwarze team is the squadron who pursue Pops in the Belkan war because I remember in the mission they said "that's huckbein"

i dont think captain Bartlett's callsign during the Belkan war is Heartbreak One.. but who knows? maybe it was..
