Gait and form analysis from my appointment at the UCSF RunSafe Running Clinic in December 2010.

I ran 7:00 miles - interesting points to look out for: Still pretty bad heel striking, my left hip drops a bit (indicating tightness in my right hip flexor) and I don't pull the leg far enough back (tight hip flexors and quads).
