What if I told you that you could build your very own beautiful home with the resources right beneath your feet, on a budget of a few thousand dollars, and never have to live with a mortgage?
Use the earth that God has given us to build our homes.

I'm in the process of dumping (so to speak) $450K of debt 'they' are going to get a miximum of $80K of unprotected assets. I am looking at it as a cheap way out! It would take $1M and two lifetimes to pay that debt back! When the dust settles I will be moving to one of those 'pockets of freedom' (as they call it in the book above) and building a cob home. Have a good life!

The picture at 2:15 is beautiful, do you know which building it is,and where? Thank you from the UK (where cob building has been used for hundreds of years, but it's a shame there isn't more of it).

The mortgage lenders and bankers absolutely hate these homes...they do all they can to sway the local planning commissions that these buildings are unsafe. This is just another attempt to keep us perpetually in debt by "outlawing" unconventional homes for out own protection. Only conventional dwellings that give banks 20 to 40 years of income are suitable.
That's what it's all about folks, money....and how to take it from us as long as we live.
